All products sent within Australia are delivered by Australia Post
Tan HQ will choose the most appropriate method for shipment depending on the weight of order.
All orders are shipped NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
If this does not suit you, you must contact us to arrange a different service, as Tan HQ will not pay for returned freight due to failure to deliver.

Where possible Tan HQ will ship your order solution orders with Australia Post.For parcels up 1kg - 5kgs within Australia to Metro areas.
All sample orders are despatched with Australia Post by regular post with tracking numbers added to orders.

Returns & Exchanges
Tan HQ carefully selects and packs orders for every customer. If your item is damaged upon delivery we will replace it for you once you have contacted us with details. Your item will need to be sent back to our warehouse for repair.
Tan HQ does not cover the cost of return shipping, nor do we charge for replacement items to be sent.
Change of Mind
Tan HQ does not accept returns for change of mind.
Spray Tanning Solution
Tan HQ will not accept any tanning products back for change of mind. 
If you have not tried our products before we suggest that you try the sample size bottles first. 
Health regulations restrict us from accepting returns on gloves, hairnets and other similar items.
Incorrect Orders 
Tan HQ makes every effort to ensure orders are shipped quickly and in accordance with the order supplied.  If you believe you have received an incorrect order, please contact us on 0401 461 124
A replacement order will be dispatched as soon as the incorrect order is received back in our office.
