Refund policy

Please note that we do not refund for change of mind purchases. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us via email before your item is shipped. We recommend taking extra care when checking out to ensure you have chosen correctly. Credit notes and vouchers may apply in some instances.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days with the exception of Comp Tan Packages.

In the event you won't be competing in the comp you have paid for we will gladly transfer to your next comp that we are tanning at or offer store credit to use on this website.

If 14 days have gone by since your product purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

While we practice best packaging efforts, sometimes items can unfortunately become damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Once received, a representative will be in touch to offer solution options.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tanhq@outlook.com.au and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

TERMS OF SALE

All purchases via the website are transacted in Australian dollars.

Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing for your order is as agreed to at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation email. Reduction in price and promotional discounts cannot be applied to prior purchases, and as stated no amendments can be made to your order once it has been submitted

Goods are subject to availability. An order for goods is accepted at the time of entering of your credit card details. Payment will be validated and accepted real time. If a good/ goods you have ordered is/are out of stock, you shall be notified as soon as possible, and your payment will be refunded to the payment method used to complete the transaction.

PAYMENT

We accept payments by credit card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Zip and Afterpay.

Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.

Purchases made using Afterpay are subject to the Afterpay Terms and Conditions.

Your credit card purchase may take a few minutes to process to allow us time to confirm your billing information with your financial institution.
